PURCHASING

In-Person

• Come Visit Our Store: the traditional and preferred in-store personal mattress and pillow fitting (recommended)

• Schedule a Private Appointment (subject to availability): schedule an in-store personal fitting with one of our bedfitters

In-Home

• Order By Phone: if you can’t visit our store, you can call us during regular store hours and we’ll help you choose, order and go over delivery options. A consultation with one of our senior bedfitters will help you in choosing the best mattress model with the support and comfort characteristics that are just right for your body.

• Shop our Online Store: purchase many of our essential bedding products and accessories online utilizing our digital shopping cart platform and have shipped direct to your home

DELIVERY AND SETUP

Mattresses, Mattress Systems

• In-home full-service delivery and removal/recycle* performed by our own trained staff with our own trucks within the greater Sacramento area  - delivery zone fees apply (recommended)

• Pickup from ESD warehouse - no charge (we provide loading assistance but are unable to assist in securing load due to liability)

• If outside our delivery area -  factory-direct shipment is available via 3rd-party delivery company - typically curb drop, but depending on your area a ‘designated room’ upgrade may be available - 'white glove' inside delivery may be arranged but availability may be limited to only certain locations - common carrier shipment fees apply and quoted on invividual case basis

Adjustable Bed Bases

• In-home full-service delivery and removal/recycle* performed by our own trained staff within the greater Sacramento area  - delivery zone fees apply

Furniture

• In-home full-service blanket-wrap delivery and installation performed by our own trained staff with our own trucks within the greater Sacramento area  - delivery zone fees apply

Reduce, Reuse, *Recycle

We don't like to see anything go into the landfill whenever that can be prevented. To that end, we recycle and upcycle where we can.

• Hauled away old mattresses and foundations are taken to a Bye-Bye Mattress^®/Mattress Recycling Center dropoff point where they are taken to regional mattress recycling centers - for more about mattress recycling click here
• Discarded metal bed frames are taken to a local steel salvaging yard to be recycled
• Cardboard and paper is picked up and recycled.
• Plastic bags are taken to a local recycling facility
• Furniture packaging materials are recycled where possible, or may be reused when delivering our customers' blanket-wrapped furniture to help protect it during transport
